Matt Puzz, with SignDoxAZ, worked in the mortgage industry for over 12 years as a mortgage loan originator. For 5 years he worked for a major insurance company focusing on the claims process for automotive damage repair. On one occasion a national signing service company was evaluating Matt’s performance compared to other Mobile Notary Public agents. In the 8 years that Matt had partnered with them, he had provided over 2,500 signings. In that time he had only had 11 mistakes. The same services scheduler explained that most mobile notaries would make 11 mistakes in about a month’s worth of work.
