Efficient, Quick & Convenient Service

Matt Puzz, SignDox AZ

Matt Puzz, with SignDoxAZ, worked in the mortgage industry for over 12 years as a mortgage loan originator. For 5 years he worked for a major insurance company focusing on the claims process for automotive damage repair. He provided visual assessment, photography of vehicles and modification of estimates for repair. He was also a Realtor.

This unique combination of experiences allows him to provide an educated perspective on the services he provides to his clients. These services include Mobile Notary Public, Field Inspections (offering boots on the ground assistance for real estate and automotive), Photo Documentation for insurance, and Mobile Fingerprinting in the Phoenix metropolitan area. For each service provided he can understand the purpose for why it was requested in the first place, as opposed to other service providers who may simply just go through the motions.

Matt is extremely thorough, efficient, and reliable which are necessary characteristics for providing these services, especially in cases with timing deadlines. On one occasion a national signing service company was evaluating Matt’s performance compared to other Mobile Notary Public agents. In the 8 years that Matt had partnered with them, he had provided over 2,500 signings. In that time he had only had 11 mistakes. The same services scheduler explained that most mobile notaries would make 11 mistakes in about a month’s worth of work. That’s the first benefit of hiring Matt; mistakes are rare compared to other notaries which means the signing does not have to be repeated. Errors are minimized by paying attention to detail, reviewing the documents prior to meeting with the signers, and having a thorough understanding of what the documents say and how the language applies. Documents are also reviewed prior to leaving the appointment with the signer.

The second benefit of hiring Matt: when a rare mistake happens, how that mistake is handled can make all the difference. Any mistake that occurs would be corrected swiftly by contacting all parties involved with the signing. Matt also looks at the service as an extension of the entity that is hiring him. That entity needs their customers to have a positive experience and have confidence that the notary is competent and capable of doing the work.

Matt is not a lawyer (or any type of legal professional). He is not currently licensed as a realtor or loan officer. But his experience certainly helps in collaborating with these professionals.

Matt’s service was super affordable and convenient. He notarized a document that I was submitting to the unclaimed property department of the state. He came to me, which saved my time and helped me reach a deadline, and I appreciate that kind of professionalism. He’s also a generally good guy and friendly. I would definitely recommend him to business associates, friends, and family. Excellent service!

Scheduler For A National Signing Company

When I first moved to Arizona I needed to get some documents notarized for the sale of a business. I decided to call Matt Puzz Mobile notary services. What a blessing! He was also able to accommodate evening hours when I needed some escrow papers signed at the last minute and he helped me get my gun trust notarized when other notaries had no idea what a gun trust was.
